Northern Village Partners with Zeffy
Northern Village is always looking for software that can help Social Benefit Organizations better serve their constituencies. These kind of things do not come along very often, but every once in a while it does happen. Zeffy is just that kind of software. It is not only easy to implement, but has a business model that provides their software at no cost. Yes. No cost.
Northern Village is happy to announce a partnership with fellow B Corp Zeffy. Northern Village has been using Zeffy as a free-to-use, fundraising platform for charities and non-profits. This means no platform fees and no transaction fees. All money from raised by the social benefit organization is kept by the organization.
To date, over 50,000 nonprofits and charities use Zeffy as their fundraising platform, raising over $1billlon.

Northern Village has implemented Zeffy on a number of websites. These include:

- Guelph Historical Society - Bookstore, Membership and Donations
How does Zeffy work?
- When donating, donors can leave a tip for Zeffy
- If they don't, the non-profit still keeps 100% of the money
- On average, 2/3 of donors leave a tip for Zeffy
- This is enough to cover costs and also reinvest in Zeffy
