Blue Genesis Mail Settings

To get your mail online go to http://webmail.bluegenesis.com.

To change your password, log into your mail at the above URL, with your username and password. Click on Preferences. Then click Change Password.

Mail Settings

For mail using the Northern Village mail service, use the following settings:

Email User Name:  Your full email address
Password:  your email password
Incoming Mail POP: securemail2.megamailservers.com    Port: 995 (SSL enabled)
                           or IMAP securemail2.megamailservers.com    Port 993 (SSL enabled)
Outgoing Mail (SMTP):  securemail2.megamailservers.com   Port 465 (SSL enabled);

  • The “outgoing mail server requires authentication” setting needs to be on
  • Check the “use the same username and password as the incoming mail server” option
  • Secure Password Authentication should not be enabled

 

Regular Server  Ports

If you prefer using regular ports settings are as follows:

Incoming Mail POP: 69.49.123.241 Port 110 (SSL disabled)
                           or IMAP 69.49.123.241 Port 143 (SSL disabled)
Outgoing Mail (SMTP):  69.49.123.241 Port 25, 587, or 8025 (SSL disabled)
