Architectural Conservancy of Ontario - Guelph & Wellington Branch
Client
The Architectural Conservancy of Ontario - Guelph & Wellington Branch (Guelph ACO) was first formed in the 1960s, to provide education and advocacy for local heritage architecture and landscapes.
Client goals
Guelph ACO wanted to move its website away from WordPress to one that is easily updated and has a more modern, responsive design. It was also important for visititors to easily be able to see important news, upcoming events and provide a way of donating to special projects.
Implementation
Northern Village created the website, so it would be simple for volunteers to update the website on their own. A donation form from Canada Helps was embeded into the website, to make donating to the special projects simple and effective. The banner is a picture of the Bascillica of Our Lady Immaculate, Guelph's iconic building, with some downtown historical buildings in the foreground.
