The challenge

The Children's Foundation has grown significantly in the last few years, and with the help of The Letter M Marketing, embarked on a rebranding of their website. The goal was to provide a unified look to engage the website visitor to the part that attracts them, while keeping the overall theme of the Foundations. Its programs -- Adopt-a-Family, Food and Friends, Free to Play, and Scholarships all have their own look and feel within the website. Further, the Children's Foundation was interested in improving their online fundraising, and showcase its success stories from the kids, donors and activities.

The solution

Northern Village worked closely with the Children's Foundation with direction from Letter M Marketing on the organization and design of the website. The multi-level navigation made it possible to give programs and other pages their own unique look. Fundraising and opportunities to volunteer remain integral to the site, encouraging visitors to get involved. The site is also done with a responsive design, so it is mobile friendly as well as easy to update. It is also accessible up to the AODA / WCAG 2.0 AA standard to ensure that people with visual, hearing, motor and cognitive disabilities can interact with and contribute.
