Wellington Brewery
Wellington Brewery is Canada's oldest independently owned microbrewery. Based in Guelph, Ontario, their award-winning beers are brewed in small batches using the freshest all-natural ingredients. As an independent and locally owned brewery, Wellington Brewery takes pride in being an active member of the community, taking part in countless events and supporting charitable causes.
The challenge
Wellington Brewery needed to an update to an older website that just wasn't working for them any more. They wanted a site that was easy to update with an ever-changing menu of beer, including changes to ABV, IBU, colour, the containers it is available in and links to their products in the LCBO and The Beer Store. Additional goals were to be able to update upcoming events and manage an online store.
The solution
Northern Village moved the content from the old site to our CMS, and worked with the brewery's marketing staff on the best way to organize and design the website. The Beer pages are easily updated with custom data to make individual page updates very simple. The online store was implemented using Shopify, so moving between the websites is seamless.
The Results
