Cherrywood Studio
Cherrywood Studio creates contemporary hardwood tables, both traditional and live edge, using Ontario wood species. They offer a custom service for clients with specific design requirements as well as a select line from which clients can choose a stock table top and base combination that they prefer. They take large, locally sourced, urban hardwood trees that would otherwise be destined for landfill sites, and transform them into singular pieces of fine furniture.
The challenge
Cherrywood Studio wanted an easily updated website to show off the custom woodwork they create, and to introduce a new line of quickly deliverable standard-sized furniture called Live Edge Select.
The solution
Northern Village worked with Up Marketing on the organization and design of the website. It was important to make the site simple to navigate and easy to update, so new furniture would remain front and centre. We also designed the website to reveal the process of creating the custom work, to highlight how special the products are.
