The challenge
Alpha Industrial wanted to showcase the wide range of tools that they supply, including preferred vendors such as Elka-Elastic, Lukas, and Trumpf. Additionally, they wanted to showcase smaller suppliers that typically are given less prominance, and feature an online store for everyday items. The client needed the site to be responsive and accessible, and lessen dependance on PDFs to promote and describe the product offerings.
The solution
Northern Village worked with the client to organize the website and its competing priorities. The tagline "Quality Pays Off" was chosen to highlight the type of tools Alpha Industrial sells. Visitors can browse full product lists and navigate to specif products easily. Smaller suppliers are organized by product type, so the user can review multiple brands within a product category. The online store uses a third party shopping cart software.
